Technological developments, with many positive changes in working life, have reduced the need for human power and have triggered the shift of human labor to machines in the face of competition. Another important element of technology in today's business life is control role. Technological tools to control whether an individual works or not can lead to increased production performance and productivity in enterprises, reduced costs and increased customer satisfaction, which can lead to reduced privacy for employees and the feeling that employees are in unreliable environments. This negative emotion causes morale loss in employees. At the same time, the employer is quicker and more likely to wait for production without wasting time on the staff, which increases pressure on the worker by putting pressure on the worker. Uneasiness and performance pressure to make mistakes at any time in the working life, the individual is exposed to intense stress. Burnout, one of the mental negativities to be experienced at the individual level as a result of stress, means that the energy resources of the individual can not cope with work stress. This situation, which has been experienced in the long run in enterprises, can lead to the alienation of the individual from the work and the departure from the inner work as a result of breakage of work alienation and inner resignation. This reflects the fact that the individual is behaving as if he or she has retired from employment due to unhappiness in his working life, a decrease in his or her commitment to job and minimum performance and the fulfillment of his job. In addition to working under intense technological supervision pressure, employees have physical as well as mental illnesses. Repeated work and inadequate resting conditions under constant supervision can cause discomfort, especially in the muscular and skeletal system (back, shoulder, arm, wrist, waist, neck). In this study, it is aimed to present a theoretical framework by taking into consideration the effects on the electronic control employees and employers in business environment. After describing the electronic performance monitoring systems used in today's businesses in this framework, it has been tried to determine what are the advantages and disadvantages of these systems in terms of employers and employees and their effects.
Çalışma yaşamında bireyin her an hata yapma tedirginliği ve performans baskısı, bireyi yoğun strese maruz bırakmaktadır.
