postindustrial economy, Belarus works hard towards satisfying customer needs, making labour more
productive and render competitive services in the growing global market. Making use of Digital
technology in the context of globalization and industrialization offers many opportunities for the
Republic of Belarus. The government of the country is supporting innovations and moving towards
the implementation of the innovative technologies and management at enterprises. The country has a
lot to achieve and needs to be more agile to answer to the changing market conditions and growing
competition.
