EYM (Eriyik Yığma Modeli) termoplastik malzemenin ısıtılan bir nozul tarafından katman katman bir tabla üzerine yazılması ile oluşan modelleme yöntemidir. Bu çalışmada, çift baskı kafasına sahip EYM yöntemi ile çalışan, fotopolimer reçine ve PLA (Polilaktik Asit) yazdırabilen üç boyutlu yazıcı tasarımı ve imalatı yapılmıştır. Tasarımı yapılan yazıcı ile aynı anda hem reçine hem PLA birlikte yazdırılabilmektedir. Çalışmanın sonucunda, uygun kürleşme parametrelerin kullanılması durumunda fotopolimer reçine malzemesinin EYM yöntemiyle diğer termoplastik malzemeler ile kullanılabileceği gösterilmiştir.FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) is a method of modeling the thermoplastic material by writing a layer layer on a platform by a heated nozzle. In this study, a three-dimensional printer design, which is capable of printing photopolymer resin and PLA (Polylactic Acid), has been produced by FDM method with double print head. It can be printed with both resin and PLA at the same time with the designed printer. As a result of the study, it has been shown that photopolymer resin material can be used with other thermoplastic materials by using EYM method if appropriate curing parameters are used.
