Evaluation of Job Performance in Terms of Psychological Capital and Satisfaction
AbstractPsychological capital, which is evaluated within the scope of positive psychology, affects the mental and physical employees. Since businesses are profit-oriented organizations, their main objectives are to achieve profit and efficiency. For this purpose, employees with human resources should use their capacities efficiently and be creative. Hopeful, self-confident, optimistic and durable employees can be satisfied in their inner world. If the total success of the enterprise is expressed as the sum of the individual performances, the premise that affect performance are important. The aim of this research is to evaluate the job performance of the employees in the technology enterprises, which are innovative organizations, in terms of psychological capital and satisfaction predictors. In this context, 154 employees were surveyed with easy sampling method. The datas were tested by correlation and multiple regression. According to the results of the analysis; psychological capital affects work performance more than job satisfaction. At this point, as the level of psychological capital and job satisfaction increases, the job performance of the employee is also increasing
