Way of Introduction of The Dual Training System in the Preparation of The Global Competitive Trilingual Pedagogical Personnel in The Republic of Kazakhstan
AbstractThe article reflects the ways of implementation of the dual system of training in the preparation of global competitive trilingual teaching staff. Within the framework of integration of Kazakhstan and European education in improving the system of higher pedagogical education in the framework of the Third modernization of Kazakhstan, the ways and theoretical and methodological foundations of the introduction and implementation of the system of dual training in the preparation of global competitive trilingual teaching staff on the basis of partnership of innovative cooperation of Taraz state pedagogical university (TarSPU) and Leipzig University of Germany are defined. There is a need to introduce a dual system of education in the training of trilingual teaching staff to improve the competitiveness of pedagogical education, creative qualities of the individual, corresponding to the best international experience in the system of continuous education of the country, industrial and innovative development that meets the needs of the labor market, the development of human capital, ensuring the availability of quality education.
