AbstractThe research studies the positions and activities of the socio-political organizations in the Turkestan region following the revolutionary events in 1917 Socio-political organizations in the Turkestan region had a positive influence on the formation of national state structures. The issue of the proclamation the Turkestan autonomy is given impetus to the active involvement of national socio-political organizations. Such actions show that all national social and political organizations in the region had not supported the creation of Turkestan autonomy. Also at the same time other national socio-political organizations in the region, which expressed their intention to support the creation of autonomy, were formed during this period. That is, during the same period, when the public-political organizations came to the question of autonomy, their thoughts were divided into several thoughts. The indicate of the position of the national political organizations of the Turkestan region regarding the establishment of the Soviet power promotes a deeper understanding of the political life of the region at that time. By studying the liberation of local political organizations in the Turkestan region in 1917-1918, we were able to describe the socio-political situation of the region at that time. Functions and goals of public-political organizations in Turkestan region differed and their positions did not go unnoticed. Therefore, we have been able to determine the direction of the main political forces in the region by identifying the activities of public and political organizations.
