Qur'an and Hz. Orphans in the Prophet Sunnah
AbstractHuman life has an important place in our religion. In Islamic society, the rights of people are very important. Therefore, the rights of orphans in need of protection have been paramount. Allah has made people responsible for each other. Just as a parent is responsible for his / her child, and a spouse is responsible for each other, society is responsible for protecting orphans. Because, just as the individuals who make up the society grow, the members of that society find such peace and prosperity. When a child loses his father, this feeling of responsibility must be given to the child. They are the individuals of society. The main goal of societies is to prepare a peaceful and prosperous environment for its members. In order to prepare a peaceful and prosperous environment, it is necessary to meet the needs of all individuals. In particular, orphans and orphans should be supported and their needs should be met. Even if the responsibilities of orphans belong to the close relative, they are entrusted to the state. Embracing them and loving them to society; it is our religious and humanitarian duty. Religious texts drew attention to the Law of orphans and even prophets who would guide humanity grew up as orphans. For Example, Hz. Jesus, Jesus. The last of Mary and the prophets was the Prophet. Muhammad (s.a.v.) they were orphans. One of the scholars Enes b. Malik, Mujahid, Imam Shafii and many others were orphans. And in our history, the orphans are given importance. Allah Is The Messenger Of Allah. He said to the Prophet, "did he find you an orphan! Then don't crush it!" the divine moral values of the orphan Prophet's life as a prophetic morality was announced to people. On the other hand, the Prophet (s.a.v.) reported that the house in which the orphans were taken care of in his Sunnah was the most auspicious house. In order to give importance to orphans and to protect their rights, work has been shaped by giving examples from the nebi life style. The study consists of three parts: introduction, evaluation, and conclusion. In the first part of our study, we explained the concept of orphan and then touched on the words about the concept of orphan. In the second part, we tried to explain the subject with verses and hadiths from the Qur'an. Finally, Hz. We ended our work by referring to the precautions taken after the Prophet.
