AbstractThe comparative advantage method is the proof of which products should be exported and which products should be imported in line with their country's potential. In this regard, we should be exported to Turkey's economy which products it should be calculated in this study and which products are imported. The data of 2005-2016 were used in the calculation. The superiority of a country's foreign trade is determined by the comparative advantage method. In this study explained that the superiority of the product or in which chapter to chapter 99 Turkey was calculated by the rival method. world and Turkey for 2005-2016 year data were taken from INTRACEN and TUIK. The aim of this study is to determine the determination of the place of Turkey in world trade and comparative advantage. In addition, it is seen that 99 chapters did not calculate the superiority of the group. A study is important in terms of eliminating this deficiency in the literature.
