DESIGN AND CHARACTERIZATION OF AUXILIARY BIOSANDWICHS

Cherif Moncef Belaadi Ahmed Bouakba Mostafa

Abstract

This article investigates the compressive properties of honeycomb materials and reentrant bee niz (auxetic materials) reinforced with jute fibers. The first tests were aimed at studying the compression properties of composites. Following this, a range of structures of different reentrant honeycomb thicknesses were manufactured. Honeycomb structures and reentrant honeycomb (Auxetiques material) made from a new solid composite based on polyester resin and jute fiber. This work describes the compression behavior including structural height variations.
