İbrahim ÇİL Muharrem Ünver

Abstract

The internet of things; things that have a digital network and an internet are in a physical and social context with their environment through the acquisition of a virtual identity. The internet of things has become a broad and inclusive concept for people, since almost always dominate their daily life. Such that, it can also be evaluated for intelligent waste-garbage containers. Beginning to design the garbage containers in the form of wireless internet (Wi-Fi) transmission points is a good example in terms of the extent to which the things of the Internet are spreading. In this content, internet users can download an HD movie in 9 minutes and upload 200 pictures in 30 seconds when each garbage container is calculated to provide internet access at 50-75 megabits per second with this connection speed. So, wireless internet access will spread to every street. The garbage containers fitted with solar panels, which can be counted as "Smart", send the waste water to the sewerage by compressing the garbage through a conduit in the container with the electricity which produces. Also, the garbage container will report to the center when the objects start to fill and smell thanks to the internet equipment. According to incoming notifications, garbage truckers track which garbage cans they need to evacuate first, according to a schedule.
