Occupational Health And Safety In The Chemical Industry; Modeling and Software Developed On The Basis Of Fuzzy Logic To Prevent Job Accidents
AbstractMethods: In the provinces of Ankara, Adana and Mersin, 9 chemical working job security survey studies and work safety experts were carried out in this study. Computer software is developed by creating a fuzzy logic based risk assessment analysis model considering various hazards in occupational health and safety in the chemical industry. Results: It is very difficult to model risk in a workplace environment with many specific and ambiguous hazards and model a system to simulate these hazards. Software was developed by creating a fuzzy logic based risk assessment analysis model in consideration of many hazards in occupational health and safety in the chemical industry. An alternative approach to risk assessment has been proposed using fuzzy decision making approach and matrix method. With this approach, occupational health and safety in the Chemical Industry specialists are provided with blurred linguistic assessments before calculations are made, and the inconsistencies in decision making are reduced by taking arithmetic averages of these assessments. It has been seen that the three most important risks in the metal work done by creating the fuzzy logic based modeling of work safety risk analysis model and software using the fuzzy decision making approach and the matrix method to increase the job security in the chemical industry. Conclusion: It is very difficul t to assess risk in the chemical industry which are many specifi c and indeterminate hazards, and to model a system to simulate these hazards.
