AbstractThe importance of immovable value in urban areas increases day by day. The immovable valuation is a planned, disciplined and a wide-ranging subject. In this study, the immovable value changes created by the changes in the properties of the buildings and the immovable properties of the urban structures from the past to the present day are examined. Plants and buildings, which form the basis of urban construction of the application, have been used together.
