AbstractPTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) is one of the most widely used plastic material because of its very excellent properties such as stability against heating, chemical reagents, weathering, and mechanical wearing [1,2]. Since it has such outstanding properties, it used to manufacture of various products. That leads to a considerable amount of waste. The wastes are produced during mechanical working (cuttings, chips). The disposal of the waste PTFE presents a global problem from both an ecological and economic perspective because of its excellent chemical resistance [3].
