Abstract

Dönüşüm teknolojisi olarak bilinmekte olan Vacuum casting (silikon kalıp) & Rim (alçak basınçlı seri üretim) teknolojileri sayesinde düşük adetli üretimler için daha pahalı ve yüksek maliyetli metal kalıbı yerine herhangi bir 3d yazıcıdan çıkmış mastar model ile ucuz ve daha hızlı bir şekilde prototip modeller imal edilebilmekte. Through the silicon technologies known as transformation technology Vacuum casting (silicone mold) & Rim ( low pressure mass production) , prototype models can be manufactured in a cheaper and faster way with any 3D printer. It’s aim to avoid the use of high cost metal molds for low volume production.
